Glenn Daniel CLB sources funding for permanent debt; construction funding, bridge loans and renovation/rehabilitation financing. GDCLB also provides acquisition financing as well as joint venture, mezzanine and equity placement for Income Properties and For-Sale projects such as single family residential lots/homes or condominiums and fractional ownership properties. We will consider virtually any real estate property and financing structure including special purpose properties and debtor in possession financing.

DAVID DANIEL, CMPS

As a graduate of USC's Ross Program in Real Estate and a licensed real estate broker, David is an expert at sourcing funds for small real estate development and construction projects, doing so with professionalism and integrity. As a graduate of USC's Ross Program in Real Estate and a licensed real estate broker, David is an expert at sourcing funds for small real estate development and construction projects, doing so with professionalism and integrity. 

David has expressed a passion for real estate since the early 1980's as an investor focused on residential income properties.  He became a licensed real estate professional in 2003 and earned his broker's license in 2005. Unlike many licensees during the real estate boom that began this decade, David elected to focus exclusively on real estate finance.   He became a federally licensed mortgage Loan Originator in 2010.

David is a firm believer in education and has invested extensively in educating himself at both public and private institutions.  To extend his professional knowledge David became a Certified Mortgage Planner with credentials from two institutions.  David continues to involve himself in academic pursuits as a professor on the Real Estate faculty of Merritt College in Oakland, California.
